Reezyree

Darrell Barnes was born in Chicago, Il on January 16,1986. He have been performing for a year now; he love to do his songs live on stage and seeing the crowd go crazy over his music. it’s a great feeling when he up there performing his tracks. He have been a solo artist for seven years, he started rapping when he was fourteen and he now twenty-one, he moved around quit a bit between my families. He got into rap because dealing with the issue that comes with not having both parents around at the same time he had to learn how to survive on his own and he was facing adversity from the street life. At fourteen he started expressing his pain through rap. Battling between other rappers he perfected  his writing skills then became known throughout the hood as Reezyree. Moving to Florida he further developed his songwriting skills by hanging out with rappers from the south, which made him more versatile. The person that impacted his career the most is God and then some of his family members like Leonard “LJ” Jones, Guichy, Joe, Squeak, Tim, Chubb, 50 Cent, Jay-z, Snoop, Eminem , Wes Cleveland, Othello and the whole block of 114th and Harvard. His vision is to succeed and be one of the greatest rappers who ever did it and to show the kids in the world that you don’t have to stand on the corner to make money. He want people to know that if you have a dream to stick with it and always keep God first in your life and God will put you where you need to be in the long run. He want to run a couple of businesses and start his own charity to help out people, school, churches, as well as other things. Another thing he would like to do is shed light on his situation so younger kids can make the right choices. In the future, he want to start his own record label called South Harvard Entertainment. He want the world to know that he is passionate about music, because he express his self better when he rapping and also that he is so versatile. When you listen to his music he will have something that you can relate to regardless of origin or situation. Listeners can relate to his music because he a product of the hood, but he is versatile when he rap, so he is going to touch different people through his music, because he talk about what he is going on in his life which so many others are faced with the same obstacles. He was raised in Chicago on the Southside, 114th Harvard. He attended Du Sable High School where he obtained his High School Diploma.
